Tulsa Zoo

The girls had their first ride on a carousel at the end of the day…they really liked the carousel regardless of what the pictures might indicate. Molly was upset because I put her on the Ostridge and she wanted to ride the Zebra (or something like that…such drama), but Taylor managed to give me a fake laugh! Good Times at the Tulsa Zoo!!!

Molly and Taylor talked about getting to see the monkeys all the way to Tulsa, but thePolar Bear and the Meerkat seemed to be the biggest hit.

We took Molly and Taylor to the Tulsa Zoo on Sunday. We had a great time, I love that they are now at an age where we can actually take them on little trips like this. It is so much fun to see their reaction to new experiences. They were so excited to take a train ride, so we did that first and then we walked around the zoo to check out all of the animals.

Black Crows Concert

I have been meaning to update this blog all week. Stuart and I took a few days off last week and had a fun relaxing time with the girls. Stuart and I were able to recruit an overnight babysitter last Thursday, and we lived it up by going to a Black Crows concert. We went to the concert with some friends that we have not seen in quite a while and my little sister and her husband met up with us at the concert. It was a great show and we had a lot of fun!

The girls are now home after a short trip to Mimi and Papa's, my mom sent me some more pictures of the dress up party that they had last night. The petticoats are for their b-day in October, looks like mimi caved and let them play with them a little early...

Pretty Girls

My work schedule is backwards this week so my parents were kind enough to watch the girls last night and today. They sent me these pictures of my two little princesses playing with some of Mimi’s jewelry. They look like they are having a great time. I think Mimi may attempt to take them to the movies this afternoon and then is planning to meet Stuart after he gets off work. We are so blessed that the girls have their grandparent’s close by to help us out! Thanks mom and dad!
